Along with the unique selection of our products it is our ambition to provide you with an exquisite service, and thrive to process and ship your orders with highest priority.

Order Confirmation

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email containing your order number and a summary of all items purchased. This notification will also list estimated processing and delivery times associated with each item. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

If you have not received the order notification email, please check your spam folder and verify that your email settings are enabled to allow our automated email notifications. If you are unable to locate the order email, please contact us at 949-215-6767 or service@lineasportusa.com. 

Personalization­

You may order personalized garments (embroidery, heat press application) and other items online. When you select an item that may be personalized, you will automatically be asked to supply the necessary information for that item. 

Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery of personalized items. Please consider this time requirement when placing your order. Please order carefully, as monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.

Backorder/ Pre-order

Sometimes we offer goods for sale, which have not yet been received by our warehouse. You may backorder these items. The expected ship date will be listed on your order receipt. Once the item(s) in your order arrives, it will ship. In most cases, your order will arrive within the estimated time frame.

Review Orders

Log in via the "Login" link at the top of the website. Click “Review orders” under My Orders for a list of current and past orders. Click the view or change order button for further order information. 

Please note that for each order confirmation email you receive a shipment reference number may not be immediately available. For immediate shipment inquiries please contact us at service@lineasportusa.com.Modifications to the service and prices 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any Lineasport order as long as the order is not a personalized order or as long as your order has not been shipped.

Shipping

Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete. The Shipping Method chosen will directly effect your orders transit time.  All transit times are estimated and NOT GUARANTEED. Standard Transit Times do not include a processing time of 1-3 business days, based on your selection.

We ship international, but do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Please note that the recipient is responsible for local duties and taxes and other import fees.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.  Once you have selected all of the products you desire to purchase, you will find a shipping calculator in your cart. The shipping calculator will estimate the cost of shipping by entering the zip code of your location.  During checkout the delivery charge will be confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico 
    • Standard  -  3-10 business days

  • International (Recipient of goods is responsible for Duties, Taxes and other Import Fees).

Credit Cards

Lineasport accepts the following Credit Cards for online purchases:

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your Lineasport order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: California
