Due to Covid-19's impact on logistics, transportation, warehouse and office operations you may experience a delay in processing your orders and returns as well as slower transit shipping times.

Return / Exchange Policy

We at Lineasport want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product. We offer an exchange or refund, by the original payment method with a receipt within 30 days of the shipment date. After 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged only. All products must be returned to us unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean) and in the same condition as received with all designer tags, if any, still attached, in their original box and packaging. We require a valid proof of purchase, which can be your online invoice or packing slip. When returning an eligible item you have the option to select on the "return merchandise form" on the back of your packing slip, if you prefer the exchange of your item, receive a store credit toward future purchases or receive a refund in the original form of payment. If a refund by the original payment method is not possible refunds will be issued as a company check and mailed to you. If you select exchange or store credit, the funds from the original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card when the return is processed. Final sales items, personalized or promotional items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Lingerie, fragrance, swimwear, undergarment, socks and Masks are Final Sale items for hygienic reasons. Shipping costs, duties and foreign taxes are not refunded.

Here is how it works

  • Simply follow the instructions on back of your packing slip.
  • Note the reason of your return and select if you wish to exchange your return, receive a store credit toward a future Lineasport purchases, or receive a refund.
    • If you select "Refund" and your return meets the above listed return requirements, your return will be refunded in the original form of payment
    • If you select "Exchange" or "Store Credit", a Store Credit in form of a e-Gift Card will be issued for the refund amount.
    • If your order was purchased with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued to a new e-Gift Card.
  • Pack the item(s) securely. Please include all parts of the original packaging.
  • If you use the original shipping carton, please remove all original shipping labels.
  • Please enclose your packing slip with the item and ship prepaid to:

  • We recommend to insure the package.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.
  • We will work on your return as soon as possible. It may take up to 21 business days from when we receive your package, inspect the returned item(s) and exchange, credit or refund them according to your instructions.

Damaged or defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call customer service at 949-215-6767 to receive a Return Authorization Number and to arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. There will be no charge for shipping on replacement orders.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 949-215-6767. Please have your order number available when you call.
