Return / Exchange Policy

We at Lineasport want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the invoice date. An original receipt, packing-list or gift receipt is required. We gladly accept your return for a refund of the original product purchase price, if the items to be returned are in sellable condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean) including original packaging and Tags attached· and are not final sales item (marked as such next to style name), personalized or promotional items, lingerie, fragrance or swimwear. Shipping costs, duties and foreign taxes are not refunded.

Here is how it works

  • Simply follow the instructions on back of your packing slip.
  • Note the reason of your return and select if you wish to exchange your return, credit the price toward a future Lineasport purchase, or receive a refund.
    • If you select "Refund" and your return meets the above listed return requirements, your return will be refunded in the original form of payment
    • If you select "Exchange" or "Store Credit", or if you do not make any selection, a Store Credit in form of a Lineasport Gift Card will be issued for the refund amount.
    • If your order was purchased with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued to a new Lineasport Gift Card.
  • Pack the item(s) securely. Please include all parts of the original packaging.
  • If you use the original shipping carton, please remove all original shipping labels.
  • Please enclose your packing slip with the item and ship prepaid to:

  • We recommend to insure the package.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.
  • After inspecting your return, credit will be given to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 25 DAYS for your return to process. If your order was purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued to a new Lineasport Gift Card.

Damaged or defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call customer service at 949-215-6767 to receive a Return Authorization Number and to arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. There will be no charge for shipping on replacement orders.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 949-215-6767. Please have your order number available when you call.
